We're recruiting 'Senior Leasing Manager - Retail' for one of our clients based in Sharjah, UAE.Job Description:In this role, we're looking for someone who is responsible for managing the overall retail facility function including areas of property management, mall facilities and services, tenant management, leasing support, marketing & promotions.Key Responsibilities:Maintains a strong working relationship with all important authorities.Manage operations team to oversee daily operations, including outsourced staff, maintenance, security, soft and hard scape, housekeeping, and administration.Manages the third parties' contracts with service-level standards for all service providers.Performs periodic mall audits, customer surveys, and trade area analysis.Manages the expenditure budget and reports budget tracking reports on a frequent basis.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant fieldExperience: 5-10 years of experience in a related fieldApply for Senior Leasing Manager - Retail
