About the Role We are searching for an E-Commerce MIS Analyst to join our growing team! In this role, you will be the data guru for our e-commerce operations,daily sales reporting, diving deep into inventory management, reconciliation processes, and performance based financial reporting. You will also play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient GST compliance by creating reports that support accurate filing. By analyzing data and generating insightful reports, you will be instrumental in helping us optimize inventory levels, streamline operations, and achieve sustainable business growth. Responsibilities ● Daily Sales Tracking and Reporting: ○ Track daily sales activity, ensuring all transactions are captured accurately. ○ Manage and generate daily sales reports that provide key insights into sales performance. ● Business Performance Reporting: ○ Develop and maintain comprehensive business performance reports, including sales reports, marketing campaign performance reports, and customer acquisition cost analyses. ● Reconciliation process between sales data, financial records and sales realization ensuring data accuracy and integrity. ● Generate reports that provide insights and data necessary for accurate GST filing ● Leverage data visualization tools to create clear and concise reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders across the organization. ● Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to define data needs and ensure data is collected and reported accurately. Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in commerce ● Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce analytics or a related field, financial reporting with accounting back ground ● Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). ● Excellent communication and presentation skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
