  • Rich experience delivering Digital marketing projects for multiple clients
  • Deep understanding of client engagement and servicing delivery models including SLAs/commitments, SOW process, and client / vendor management.
  • Practical experience in applying industry best practices for software delivery, project planning tools (Microsoft project, JIRA, VSTS) and techniques
  • Understanding of client specific solution approach, scope, and functionality for marketing solutions - feeds, APIs, subject areas, aggregates, including frequency of updates, alerts/monitoring/audit processes, campaign templates, CRM reports (ops and MROI), and analytical models and operations
  • In depth knowledge of CRM and/or Loyalty solution components (ETL / Messaging/ Campaign management /Reporting/Modeling tools) as it relates to formulating an MPP/PLM structure in PLM tools (Epics/US)
  • Hands on experience delivering projects in SDLC – Waterfall, Iterative and agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing client & internal stakeholders
  • Experience in implementing and improving technical process adherence and quality of project by implementing engineering and quality metrics

  • Manage Project delivery – The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to manage the end to end delivery of projects within the approved timelines, budget and scope. In this key role, the PM develops partnership with the program stakeholders to plan and design the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action, tracking service metrics, managing budgets, defining and running the program's governance arrangements, ensuring project execution excellence .
  • Manage stakeholder relationships - The project manager will develop and maintain productive working relationships with peers, team and organizational role players to achieve project success
  • Drive outcome-based performance – The project manager translates great technical ideas into actionable plans to balance the project needs and help client achieve their goals
  • Ensure operational efficiency - Champion the adoption of best practices and Epsilon standards to drive operation effectiveness. The manager implements and uses governance, compliance procedures and processes effectively to identify and manage risks.
  • Behavioral Skills - Act as role models for the Delivery team, leading by example to drive client focus and satisfaction. The project manager needs be able to lead in a dynamic, fast paced environment demonstrating problem solving and conflict management skills. The manager should be able to build effective teams, instilling a sense of trust and driving results with personal accountability.
What you will do:
  • Responsible for driving successful project delivery in partnership with the program stakeholders
  • Establish high level project plan including complete estimates, resource forecasts/levels for delivering end to end scope
  • Define operating /engagement model and drive governance to ensure project execution excellence
  • Effective on-boarding of internal and external project teams
  • Track and report project level score cards against key metrics like effort, resource utilization, project milestones, budgets, defect management to internal stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Manage risk and issue identification, tracking and reporting
  • Effective management of scope and change request process
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and artifacts
  • Manage stakeholder relationship and communication\
  • Conduct project review meetings with stakeholders
  • Drive high client satisfaction by establishing processes to consistently meet / exceed client SLA, drive operational efficiencies, compliance, and quality
  • Constantly and consistently monitor account and solution health relative to SLA commitments
  • Establish and ensure clear acceptance criteria and deliverables across the project phases and facilitate the same with internal stakeholders
  • Effectively lead and manage a global cross-functional team to drive successful project completion
  • Enable and champion project methodology standardization and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • 4-year Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent degree
  • 13+ years professional experience in IT Service industry.
  • Extensive involvement in all stages of application development lifecycle including requirements, logical and physical architecture modeling, design, development, implementation, and support.
  • Experience in both project delivery & managing on-going support for multiple accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of Digital Solution Landscape with experience in Marketing Technology software (Loyalty/CRM etc.) and Digital Content Management products
  • Solid understanding of omni-channel customer journey and the role of various solution options in attracting, engaging and retaining customers
  • Ability to influence and/or implement project management tools (Jira, VSTS, MS Project, SharePoint etc.) and processes for efficient delivery
  • Sound knowledge of CRM technologies and tools – Adobe, Unica, Informatica, Python, AWS, Redshift, Analytics and reporting tools etc.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced and often changing environment and under significant deadline pressures
  • Have strong problem solving and negotiation skills in a client-facing environment to drive a project’s successful completion
  • Proven success influencing and working with people effectively across Horizontal (ex: Practices, CoEs) and Vertical (ex: industry) company groups
  • Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
