Construction Section Head (Civil / Mechanical / E&I)Full-timeTeam: Construction (CON)Job Level: Highly experienced professional (10 - 15 years)Archirodon, having earned its reputation as a reliable and respected international contractor for more than a half century in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) market, continues to create value for its stakeholders by executing complex EPC projects worldwide, in recognition of its superior standards of performance.We have an outstanding record in completing major Energy, Marine, Infrastructure and Defense & Security projects around the globe and we pride ourselves on delivering the kind of reliability and trust that clients expect from a major EPC contractor.We are currently looking for Construction Section Head of the following disciplines: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation to join a qualified team in one of our projects in UAE.What you will need to do:Ensure that your crew is educated with the HSE rules and fully comply with them.Coordinate with other project sections to achieve targets.Ensure that the required resources are available on time.Identify problems and resolve them.Provide the required technical documentation to your team.Ensure timely requests for necessary resources, materials, tools, etc.Maintain and provide details of work progress.Ensure that the works are performed at the required quality standards.Perform any other related duties as assigned.Responsible for overall Site Management.Coordinate with the Project Management team.Act as liaison with the Customer appointed Site Coordinator.Enforce adherence to contractual scope for all involved parties: employees, subcontractors or vendors, and importantly the customer.Assign and supervise duties to Site Engineers and appointed Sub-contractors.Material Control and Logistics coordination.Progress Control and Review.What you will need to have:BSc in Engineering.5-10 years of experience in a similar position.At least 5 years of experience as Section Head in Oil & Gas projects.At least 5 years devoted to the management and supervision of major installation and revamp projects for the offshore oil and gas industry.Knowledge of construction methods in building projects is a must.Gulf experience is preferred.Good command of English, both oral and written.Working experience in building projects with high-end facilities.Engineering and site installation, changeover and commissioning experience.What it is nice to have:Experience in a large EPC contractor.You are someone who:Organized, committed, and a hard worker.Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and a team player with high attention to detail.An analytical thinker.A results-driven person combined with problem-solving techniques.Report writing and communication skills.What's in it for you:Competitive salary and benefits are part of the offering, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams, within an international leading EPC Group on a mission that matters.
