INTECH Process Automation is looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive hands-on experience along with management skills.

Description:
Must know FEED, detailed design of brownfield and greenfield projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
Conduct Piping Stress Analysis to design documentation and deliverables such as piping flexibility and stress reports, nozzle load reports, and pipe support load calculations.
Understanding of material selection process for piping, structure, valves, and buildings.
Selection/design of static and rotary equipment like pressure vessels, Shell/Tube Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Pumps, Compressors.
Design reviews for Skids including stress analysis of piping and structure analysis.
Hands-on experience in piping, instrumentation, and fabrication.
Hands-on experience in technical bid evaluations and comparative analysis; additional experience in proposals, tenders, and bidding procedure would be a plus.
Project, procurement management, and cost-controlling abilities.
Vendor and subcontractor management, inter-discipline coordination, customer conflict resolution, change order management, and experience in developing goal-oriented teams.
RequirementsEducation: Master's or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering.
Aspiring candidate must have 5 plus years of hands-on experience.
Gulf experience would be preferred.
Must have experience in integration & commissioning of mechanical equipment (skids preferred).
