Responsibilities:Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Undertake tasks around performance management.
Collect daily, weekly, or monthly timesheets.
Calculate bonuses, advances, and allowances.
Conduct employee onboarding, retention, exit interviews, etc.
Prepare employees' compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Skills Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and persuasive skills.
