Market Research and Analysis :Conduct thorough market research to identify potential schools and educational institutions for partnership.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective business strategies.Partnership Development :Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.Negotiate and finalize partnerships with schools to ensure their participation on the School Dekho platform.Sales and Revenue Generation :Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to partner schools.Strategic Planning :Create and implement business development plans that align with the company's growth objectives.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.Client Management :Provide exceptional support to partner schools, addressing their needs and concerns.Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups.Marketing and Promotion :Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote School Dekho and network with potential partners.Team Leadership and Collaboration :Lead and mentor a team of business development associates.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of business development plans.Reporting and Analysis :Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.QualificationsBachelor's degree10th & 12th must be from English Medium SchoolProven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the ed-tech or education sector.Strong understanding of the education market and school operations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Business development: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
