Tek Headquarters is a leading global information technology, consulting and business solutions organization that has been a trusted partner to mid-market and enterprise clients around the world in their digital transformation journey for over 12+ years.Our industry domain expertise, passion for innovation, combined with the power of technologies in Enterprise Resource Management, cognitive sciences, cloud computing, data sciences, robotic process automation, machine learning, and block chain, helps clients envision, build and run their businesses more efficiently.ResponsibilitiesWorking with leadership on strategic planning to define growth goals and objectives for the company.Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.Creating reports on key metrics to determine the company's progress in meeting its goals.Identifying new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.Responsible for optimizing the revenue funnel and understanding the critical roles of customer growth, acquisition, retention, and upsell.Developing strategies to increase customer retention by identifying customer needs and providing excellent services.Planning, implementing, and managing proposed recommendations and projects.Plan and look after all paid advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display marketing.Present findings and recommendations to the team members on a regular basis.Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices related to the self-sovereign identity market.Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with overall business objectives.Qualification8+ years of experience in business administration, management consulting, and strategic planning.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related stream, graduation from a Tier 1 management institute preferred.Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate complex ideas and build stakeholder relationships.A solid understanding of financial metrics and the ability to analyze financial data to make informed business decisions.Strong project management skills to effectively manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, with knowledge of management Tools, such as JIRA.A strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, including customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.Exciting Benefits we offer:Market competitive Salary.Full Medical Coverage - Self & Dependents.Provident Fund.Mobile Allowance.Internet Allowance.Fuel Allowance.Advance Salary/Need Base Loan.Employee Performance-based bonuses.Sporadic training opportunities.Sponsored Certifications.Recreational Activities.Friendly Environment.Job Type: Full-time.Education:Bachelor's (Preferred).Experience:VP Growth: 8 years (Preferred).Application Deadline: 30/09/2024.#J-18808-Ljbffr
