Key Requirements:BBA/MBA in HR or related qualification.

02-04 years of experience in HR Business Operations (benefits administration, HRIS administration, employee records, and payroll).

Experience in HRMS software implementation would be an advantage.

Being good with numbers is a must.

Responsibilities:Oversee the end-to-end implementation of HRMS solutions, including data migration, system configuration, and user training.

Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communications.

Handle assigned clients having subscribed modules including payroll, attendance & leave, expense, PF loans & benefits, performance, etc.

Timely delivery of monthly and other deliverables for payroll and other reports as per the client requirement, having timely reviewed by the line manager.#J-18808-Ljbffr
