· B.E. in Chemical, Mechanical, or a related field
· 18 to 20 years of relevant experience
· Extensive knowledge of WPP bags, including segments such as fertilizers, cement (cement block bottom bags), jumbo bags, and export processesKey Responsibilities:
· Oversee manufacturing operations and production schedules
· Achieve daily targeted production in line with industry benchmarks
· Manage and troubleshoot the production process
