UI/UX Designer

Tecaudex is seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our design team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and seamless user experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and developers to create innovative and user-centric design solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with managers to understand project requirements and user needs.

Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform the design process.

Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions.

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using industry-standard design tools and best practices.

Apply user-centered design principles to create seamless and engaging user experiences.

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation fidelity.

Conduct iterative design reviews and gather feedback to refine and improve the user experience.

Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and brand standards across multiple platforms and devices.

Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and processes.

Advocate for the importance of user experience and user-centered design within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, human-computer interaction, interaction design, cognitive science, or related discipline.

Minimum 1.5 - 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or a similar role.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (especially XD, Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch.

Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, or Principle.

Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.

Understanding of accessibility principles and best practices.

Knowledge of motion design and animation principles.

Experience with user interface design for mobile applications.

Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
