Position Title: Personal AccountantLocation : Lahore

Reports to : Chief Finance OfficerKey Responsibilities:Financial Reporting :Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, performing reconciliations where necessary.Tax Compliance :Oversee tax filings, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.Identify opportunities for tax savings and manage tax audits as needed.Budgeting and Forecasting :Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, tracking variances and recommending adjustments.Provide financial projections to guide strategic planning and resource allocation.General Ledger Maintenance :Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.Manage journal entries and close financial periods in a timely manner.Audit and Compliance :Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal control policies.Accounts Payable/Receivable :Oversee invoicing, payments, and collections processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.Reconcile accounts payable/receivable balances to ensure no discrepancies.Financial Analysis and Advisory :Analyze financial performance metrics and offer insights to improve profitability.Advise management on cost-saving initiatives, risk management strategies, and financial optimization.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is preferred).Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, standards.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month#J-18808-Ljbffr
