(Job Main Role)Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive the company's growth and achieve revenue targets.Generate new leads with the help of digital platforms and build a sales pipeline.Collaborate with the management team to develop customized proposals.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical experts, and clients to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Conduct market research and strategic planning for growth and improving the company's outlook.Job Secondary RoleConduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our services.Work on the company's portfolio and strategies to improve our products and services.CommunicationThis is a sales/business development role that requires both internal and external communication.The person should be good at communicating within the team and with clients as well.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must.Other Details:
