Sales Executive - Era Projects

A leading Company in the Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Sales Executives. Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the promotion of property sales & leasing on advertisement media and listing services.
2. Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
3. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
4. Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
5. Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
6. Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals.
7. Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals.
8. Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
9. Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market.
10. Proffer recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants who provide legal and mortgage services.
11. Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals.
12. Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal.
13. Maintain contact with clients to have openings to discuss future business prospects.

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in real estate sales & leasing; property developer experience preferred. Freshers are also welcomed.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a recognized University and/or similar professional qualification.
• Knowledge and keen interest in property market dynamics, local conditions, customer preferences and current trends.
• Strong inter-personal, organizational and presentation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Has Bahrain Driver's License.
