Recognized both regionally and internationally, we pride ourselves on being a great place to work and continuously strive to grow and innovate as a team and business.About Our Projects:LINKVIVA handles a wide range of projects throughout the year, including sales centers, festivals, ceremonies, mass participation sports events, and conferences. We have a loyal client base and actively pitch for new accounts to expand our portfolio. We understand our clients' needs and provide creative, innovative solutions that deliver results on time and within budget.About the Role:As the Associate Creative Director at LINKVIVA, you will play a key role in shaping the creative vision for our projects. You will lead the design and creative ideation processes, ensuring the artistic direction aligns with clients' objectives. Your expertise will be essential in crafting visually stunning and memorable experiences that captivate audiences and strengthen client relationships.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the creative team and clients to develop unique and compelling concepts for events, activations, and experiential campaigns.Define and maintain the visual identity and branding guidelines for each project, ensuring consistency and alignment with client objectives.Create and present comprehensive storyboards, mood boards, and visual presentations to communicate your creative vision to clients and team members.Direct the artistic direction for each project, including set design, decor, lighting, and visual elements, ensuring that all creative aspects are executed to perfection.Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of talented designers and artists, fostering a collaborative and innovative creative environment.Oversee the execution of all creative elements, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into creative solutions that exceed expectations.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and push the boundaries of creative excellence.About You:You are an experienced Art Director ready to take the next step in your career or a Senior Art Director or Design Lead looking for your next opportunity.You have a proven track record of success in the events and experiential industry, with remarkable conceptualization skills.You are proficient in Art Direction, Visualization, and Unreal Engine Artistry.You are professional, independent, and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.You have confidence and presence when presenting.You have knowledge of processes, materials, and technical aspects of event design.Minimum Qualifications:An exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and a strong understanding of design principles.Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and 3D Architectural Software.Strong leadership and team management skills.Experience in technology and its application in creative processes.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail.Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Unreal Engine.Experience with brand creation and development.If you are a visionary thinker with a passion for creating immersive and innovative experiences, we would love to hear from you.
