Role:: Talent Acquisition Specialist ( US IT Recruiter) Location:: Indore (All 5 days onsite) Relocation candidate will also work. Minimum exp:: 1- 2 yrs. Note:: (This job is more focused on C2C position.You should know all the screening required for H1B candidates & for C2C position. Job Overview Junior: 1 to 2 years of experience Requirement
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in US IT recruitment, sourcing and talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies in the US market
- Familiarity with various sourcing methods and techniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in US Shifts to accommodate the time zone difference with US clients.
