Job Title: Head of Risk and Credit Support

Bank ABC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Risk and Credit Support. This position is responsible for leading the risk management and credit support functions within the Bank, ensuring that all risk-related activities are conducted in accordance with the Bank's risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Provide risk and credit support to the business, including credit risk assessment, limit setting, and monitoring.
3. Collaborate with the risk and credit teams to ensure effective risk management and credit risk assessment.
4. Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
5. Ensure that all risk-related activities are conducted in accordance with the Bank's risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
6. Provide risk and credit training to employees to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage risk effectively.
7. Monitor and report on risk and credit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 15 years of experience in risk management and credit support, with a strong background in banking and finance.
2. Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
3. Professional risk qualification, such as PRM or FRM.
4. Deep understanding of credit and risk fundamentals, including credit risk assessment, limit setting, and monitoring.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
