Looking For Medical Secretary in Prime Health Care Dubai, UAECompany: Prime Health CareDesignation: Medical SecretaryDepartment/ Facility: NursingIndustry Type: Medical/ Hospital/HealthcareJob Period: Full TimeResponsibilities:Provides support to ensure Clinical Competence of nursing practitioners within the nursing unit.Maintains procedure and administrative controls within the nursing unit to adhere to the policies and procedures and deliver to the department/unit KPI.Conducts department orientation for all new nursing practitioners or relieving nursing practitioners according to Prime Healthcare Group Employee Orientation Policy.Strict adherence to infection control policy, ensuring appropriate data reporting to contribute to continual improvement plans.Assists Physician with all tasks as delegated.Ensures proper hand-off and continuity of care - Responsible for carrying out proper handover/hands-off treatment documentation for patients in line with the policies and procedures to ensure appropriate continuity of patient care during change of shifts.Ensures records meet legal requirements and are done according to Prime Healthcare Group standards (policies and procedures) and accreditation requirements.Conducts documentation audits according to Prime Healthcare Group policy.Documents clinical information accurately.Desired Candidate Profile:Qualification: Must be a graduate of Nursing Degree or Diploma.
