Key Responsibilities Job Title: Manager/Sr Manager Digital Transformation Location: Mumbai Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional in Real Estate digital transformation to join our dynamic team. This person will spearhead digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation and operational efficiency in the real estate sector. They will oversee the development and implementation of digital strategies to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and drive innovation relevant to business The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern technological solutions, including data science, AI, and machine learning (ML), and have a strong understanding of various platforms such as SAP, SFDC (Salesforce.com), iBOLT, Power BI, and Azure Cloud. Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy and Transformation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
- Lead and execute digital transformation initiatives within the real estate sector.
- Develop and implement strategies for the adoption of new technologies and digital tools.
- Drive the adoption of digital technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to enhance property visualization and customer engagement.
- Ensure the company's digital infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable.
- Technology Integration and System Management:
- Design, implement, and manage advanced technological solutions for real estate operations.
- Integrate and manage data across multiple platforms and oversee the maintenance and upgrading of real estate technology systems.
- Ensure the company's digital infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Employ data analytics and business intelligence tools to analyse and report key performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Use data science, AI, and machine learning to address real estate challenges.
- Analyse large datasets with AI and ML algorithms to gain actionable insights.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage technology projects from conception through implementation and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Real Estate, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital strategy and implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in the real estate sector.
- Experience in managing digital projects and leading a digital transformation team.
- Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in a digital leadership role, preferably in the real estate sector or a related industry
- Proficiency in modern technological tools and solutions specific to the real estate sector.
