Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and attend to their requests and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Identify training improvements or new courses by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Maximize sales revenues & meet institute objectives.
- Generate new leads, manage & grow the business of the company.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- At least 5 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent prior experience with corporates, universities, and vendors will be an added advantage.
- Experience from training/education will be an advantage.
