Book Design and Graphic Design Specialist

Job Description

• Develop creative and attractive designs for all promotional needs of the organization, including external and internal designs and designs for social media
• Design promotional and advertising materials such as posters, banners, outdoor advertisements, and media materials for the organization.
• Design digital content for social media, including graphic designs, images, explanatory videos, and paid ads.
• Develop visual identities and branding for the organization and ensure a distinctive and consistent visual representation across all marketing channels.
• Handle requests and inquiries from various departments within the organization and ensure their design needs are met effectively and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to technical specifications and quality standards in all designs and ensure compliance with printing and production requirements.
• Communicate and collaborate with the internal creative team and external parties such as printers and advertising service providers to achieve the best results.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media design.

• Develop attractive designs for the cover and interior that reflect the content and spirit of the book.
• Coordinate texts, images, and illustrations within the book in accordance with publishing requirements and visual standards.
• Work closely with authors and publishers to understand their vision and design requirements.
• Provide design advice to enhance the book's appeal and meet the target market's needs.
• Ensure all designed files meet printing requirements in terms of resolution, color, and size.
• Prepare files for printing and ensure their quality and proper formatting to avoid any issues during the printing process.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in book design and printing to incorporate new techniques and innovations.
• Experiment with new methods and techniques to improve design quality and increase appeal.
• Create designs for print and digital materials using Adobe InDesign, including magazines, books, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Master the use of Adobe InDesign, along with a good knowledge of other Adobe tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience in designing newsletters and printed materials using Adobe In Design.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Publishing, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in designing newsletters and printed materials using Adobe InDesign.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, along with a good knowledge of other Adobe tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of printing fundamentals, including print settings and color formatting.
