Senior Full Stack Developer (Lahore)

We have an opening for Senior Full Stack Developer.

Role:

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.

Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.

Recommend technology stack/frameworks, taking into consideration scalability, robustness, risks, trade-offs, providing continuity and downtime contingencies in all major software development decisions.

Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards.

Communicate with clients to incorporate feedback and enable them in evaluating their ideas technically and implementing them.

Support test and deployment of new products and features.

Code and performance reviews and plan to improve it.

Take ownership of the team and set up team's ways of working to be able to always deliver quality right on time.

Qualifications:BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.

Minimum 2 or more years of experience in RubyOnRails with any JS framework (ReactJs, VueJs or Angular).

Database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

Ability to collaborate in a team environment, and able to adapt effectively and quickly to a rapidly changing environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.

DevOps experience would be a plus (AWS/GCP).
