Location: Adarsh Nagar, Delhi Salary: Rs.50,000 - 5Lakh Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1+Years Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Math Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a passion for teaching students preparing for competitive exams like SSC (Staff Selection Commission) and CAT (Common Admission Test). The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, developing curriculum materials, and helping students excel in their exams. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality math lessons to students preparing for SSC, CAT, and other competitive exams.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students and cover all relevant topics, including Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Data Interpretation, and other key areas.
- Provide personalized attention to students, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and offer tailored support to help them improve.
- Design and conduct mock tests, quizzes, and practice sessions to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and best practices in teaching competitive exam mathematics.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to share resources, strategies, and insights for effective teaching.
- Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in coaching institutes or schools, specifically for SSC, CAT, or similar competitive exams.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics concepts and their application in competitive exams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and make them easily understandable for students.
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for online teaching is a plus.
