Contract Manager

Role: US Contracts Manager Exp : 2-6 Years Job Type: FTE Location: Hyderabad (Madhapur) NP: Immediate- 15 Days WFO only (6:30 PM- 3:30 PM) US Contracts Manager: Role & Responsibilities: Negotiate customer contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures and customer requirements. Explaining and negotiation with the vendor and the getting the contract done on time according to the company terms. Preparing addendums to the contracts. Getting the contract workflow process like expediting the contract in time, negotiating the terms and conditions with the end client/vendor. Getting the Insurance Certificates from the agents. Sending the necessary documents like W9, I9, H1b and company related documents if requested by the vendor. Getting the accounting details from the vendor companies for company internal purpose. Getting back the fully executed contract documents from the vendors before the consultant start the project. Executing the NCA/Pre-Interview agreements within not more than half an hour. Responding to Master Agreements/POs within an hour with all the concerns to the vendor. Execution time for Master Agreements/POs within one day. Manage the process flow for contract approvals including filing, retrieving and archiving contracts Collecting the list of documents from the subcontracting companies before releasing the PO.
