We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Global Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage our recruitment efforts across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing global recruitment strategies with bulk hiring (Non IT), ensuring we attract and hire top talent aligned with our company’s values and objectives. Responsibilities

  • Global Recruitment Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with global hiring needs.
  • Proven experience in bulk hiring recruitment.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates through networking, social media, job boards, and other recruitment methods.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • Implement best practices for interviewing, assessment, and selection processes globally.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment:
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, trends, and challenges to senior management.
Experience & Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in global recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling roles across different geographies.
  • Proven experience in a senior recruitment role, preferably with a focus on bulk hiring and global recruitment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in global talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Strong understanding of global labor markets, recruitment trends, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
