Barista

We're looking for experienced baristas to join our team! They should be knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and passionate about coffee as well as neat, organized, and friendly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialty coffee, with a deep understanding of brewing techniques, espresso preparation, and latte art. Responsibilities

1. Welcoming guests
2. Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning
3. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and making personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
5. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision and efficiency.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Monitor and replenish coffee supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients, to ensure uninterrupted service.
8. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate food and beverage orders and deliver a seamless dining experience to guests.
9. Uphold company policies and procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and sanitation standards.
10. Stay informed about coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge to enhance the guest experience and contribute to menu development.
11. Maintain a positive attitude, work cooperatively with colleagues, and contribute to a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

1. 3+ years of experience as a barista
2. Latte art skills
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Customer service skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Attention to detail and cleanliness
7. High school diploma or equivalent
