Consolidation & Reporting - Senior Executive/Executive

• Prepare consolidation management accounts on a monthly basis
• Responsible for the timely submission of monthly/quarterly consolidated management accounts, budget, etc.
• Ensure subsidiaries' monthly management accounts are fully in compliance with MFRS & group policy
• Preparation for statutory and management reporting, such as annual report, Shariah Compliance Report, quarterly announcement report, ad-hoc reports required for Board Meeting/Senior Management Meeting, etc.
• Analyze financial and non-financial data from the consolidated reports of the Group on a monthly basis
• Ensure the submission of quarterly disclosures/analysis and reports in respect of compliance and Bursa requirements
• Responsible for annual budget and budget review compilation on a consolidated basis
• Being the focal point in coordinating with other departments for information gathering

• Degree in Accounting or Partial or full Professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA member)
• Minimum 2/4 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in the property development, hotel industry or with audit experience
• Hardworking, responsible, and committed
• Meticulous and able to deliver under tight deadlines
• Possess strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Self-starter, motivated, flexible, and able to work well in a team
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
