- To provide courteous and professional service at all times and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues.
- To be aware of all IHG, Hotel and Departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Comply with company grooming and uniform standards.
- To maintain fair treatment irrespective of nationality, religion, sect, etc.
- To be responsible for all issued funds, collections, tips, etc., in short, for all monies which are handled by cashier during the course of a day.
- To sign on with the personal computer access code.
- Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards to include:
- Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations.
- Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
- Demonstrate our service behavior & the spirit of one step ahead.
- To respond to changes in departmental functions as dictated by the industry, the company, or the hotel.
- To maintain health and safety standards of the hotel by reporting all health and safety and security violations for immediate action.
- Be well aware of CP-Bahrain FLS Manual.
- To be well aware of Fire and BT evacuation plan & assembly point.
