Day to Day: Under the general direction of your direct superior and within the limits of established Crowne Plaza, provide support and assist in achieving a high standard of documentation and record keeping across the training function and ensure Learning & Development is moving the business forward. Requirements:

1. To provide courteous and professional service at all times and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues.
2. To be aware of all IHG, Hotel and Departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
3. Comply with company grooming and uniform standards.
4. To maintain fair treatment irrespective of nationality, religion, sect, etc.
5. To be responsible for all issued funds, collections, tips, etc., in short, for all monies which are handled by cashier during the course of a day.
6. To sign on with the personal computer access code.
7. Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards to include:
8. Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations.
9. Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
10. Demonstrate our service behavior & the spirit of one step ahead.
11. To respond to changes in departmental functions as dictated by the industry, the company, or the hotel.
12. To maintain health and safety standards of the hotel by reporting all health and safety and security violations for immediate action.
13. Be well aware of CP-Bahrain FLS Manual.
14. To be well aware of Fire and BT evacuation plan & assembly point.
