Solutions Consultant Manager for Data & Analytics

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage a team of Solutions Consultants for Data & Analytics and partner with the sales team to drive revenue by qualifying accounts.
2. Understand prospective customer’s business and technical requirements.
3. Answer RFP/RFI requests.
4. Determine and devise appropriate solutions with architecture and functional specifications based on the company’s product and skills portfolio to meet customer needs.
5. Prepare and deliver solution presentations to client decision makers and stakeholders.
6. Lead Solutions Consultants and coordinate with SMEs to assess project effort estimations and timelines.
7. Liaise with third-party technology partners and vendors for specific customer opportunities and engagements.
8. Determine competitive product strengths and weaknesses and establish a value proposition for the customer.
9. Provide product or solution presentations, initial requirements gathering, and technical proposal creation.
10. Identify and communicate internally new product features and additional sales opportunities during sales engagements.
11. Research technology platforms and products, assessing their functions and features, and how they can complement each other to form a complete solution for the client.

1. 5-7 years of experience in Solutions Consulting for Data & Analytics.
2. Proven management experience of Solutions Consultants.
3. Strong technical, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Proven background and experience in data management and analytics.
5. 5 years or more of experience in a customer-facing environment such as sales, technical consulting, or delivery.
6. Able to manage and improve the performance of Solutions Consultants to be proactive and have the hunger and willingness to learn.
7. Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve problems quickly.
8. Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup in BGC.
9. Preferably someone who can start ASAP, though this is not a requirement.
