Achieve your ambitions - join us at JLL!What this job involvesIn the position as Head of Landlord Leasing, KSA, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis and developing strategic solutions.Lead all Landlord leasing assignments in KSA for offices, industrial and other commercial asset classes (excluding Retail)Contributing to delivering complex Leasing projects in KSA, focusing initially on Riyadh, Jeddah and Eastern ProvinceBuilding relationships with all Office Space players in KSAAdvising KSA developers & landlords on global best practiceActively contributing to the team's 2024 revenue plan & building a multi-year business plan for growth (together with the Head of OBS & Retail MEA)BD efforts and increasing business opportunities & reputation in the local marketTo implement all data and activities in JLL's tool 'Office Finder'To work closely with all other JLL teams in delivering high quality services to our clientsSound like youGeneral CompetenciesProactive and creative.Bright, intelligent, fast learner, enthusiastic, motivated and outgoing.Honesty and Integrity - understand the importance of JLL's core values.Attention to details.Strong organizations skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize.Show proof of rigor and autonomy when working.Ability to work to meet deadlines, even when timeframes are demanding.First class team player with strong relationship skills - able to collaborate and develop strong relationships with clients in a multicultural environment.Clear communicator with strong presentation and language (English / Arabic) skills.Commitment to live and work in Riyadh with the ability to travel to other KSA cities.Professional CompetenciesMin. 7-10 years of relevant office leasing experience in a key global marketFluent English written & spokenSelf-disciplined and able to build & lead a teamGrowth mindset and a team playerOther CompetenciesBe capable of managing stress & accepting constructive feedback.Strong diplomatic skills involving tact and discretion.
