We aim to be the best at what we do.Duties and Responsibilities:Design and develop software for new L2 and L3 protocols and networking features including feature analysis, high-level design, implementation, and automated validationDevelop embedded software in C on Linux/RTOS platformsDevelop, debug and execute automated tests in PythonCollaborate to troubleshoot, root cause and solve issues and optimize performanceRequirements:Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering10+ years of embedded software experienceExperience with C and Python required, assembly preferredExperience developing real-time embedded software for Embedded Linux or RTOS environments including multi-threading, IPC, mutual exclusion, and synchronizationExperience in embedded data structures and database designStrong verbal and technical writing skillsStrong debugging skillsExperience developing large-scale, reliable carrier-grade datacom software preferredExperience developing embedded L2/L3 control plane and data plane preferredExperience with the following networking protocols and technologies preferred:Segment Routing, Ethernet VPNs, MPLS Traffic Engineering, L2/L3 forwarding and routingTCP/IP, Multi-cast, VxLAN, MPLS, L2/L3 VPNRouting protocols such as OSPF, BGP, ISIS
