Registered Nurse - Operation TheatreTrust Vision Group of Healthcare, Dubai Healthcare CityCurrent state licensure as a registered nurse and BLS certification required.Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians, and other staff.We are looking for a Female registered nurse to join our nursing staff in providing excellent health care to our patients.Maintain a friendly environment with patients and staff.Receive and organize patient flow to the clinics in an organized fashion.Collaborate effectively with the dental team, including dentists, dental hygienists, and administrative staff.Coordinate and supervise activities of therapists, assistants, nurses, students, and other support staff; refer patients to a specialist or other physician when necessary.Coordinate chemotherapy orders with physicians and physician's nurses.Ability to manage and evaluate staff reporting to peer group.Orients new staff, evaluates peer group and allied staff as per the hospital policy.Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, nurses, doctors, and other medical centre staff.Assist registered nurses and medical staff in providing patient care.Prepare and administer medications under the supervision of a nurse.Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.Participate in the hiring of new nursing staff and training new hires.Manage staff cleaning rota ensuring all duties are shared out equally.Assist teaching staff with children on day trips away from nursery premises.Provide direct healthcare to students & staff.The role of the nursery nurse encompasses both health and educational needs.Collaborate with the clinic's support staff, including nurses and administrative personnel, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
