Job Description
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in your area.
- Team Management : Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales officers to maximize their performance and ensure they meet their individual sales targets.
- Dealer Network Development: Identify, appoint, and nurture relationships with dealers to expand market reach and ensure optimal product availability.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends, using this information to inform sales strategies.
- The experience of 6 to 8 years in Paints/ Tile Adhesive retail sales is required
- Should have market exposure of Vadodara to Valsad
