- Anchor Online (Digital, social media) & Offline (On-ground/ BTL) Brand Activations for business.
- Adapt the omnichannel customer journeys/personas to the local context and identify the key activations levers that increase and/or optimize the funnel (acquisition to retention/ loyalty).
- Leverage market research studies and test to gather information on customer behaviors, opinion, experiences to optimize your activation plans.
- Orchestrate and brief internal & external stakeholders to implement and deploy the engagement plans at region and territory levels.
- Omnichannel focus and Integrated Marketing and Product communication, while leveraging DCEM content assets in the most efficient way to the local needs.
- Demand generation - SEO/SEA/SEM.
- Lead Management and CRM program.
