Focus Edumatics is seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer with a strong focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform and a deep understanding of its capabilities. This role requires a strong technical background, including proficiency in Apex code, and a proven ability to design, develop, and implement custom solutions that drive sales and marketing efficiency. Key Responsibilities: ● Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams. ● Integrate Salesforce with other GTM tools such as Outreach, Gong, and HubSpot to optimize sales and marketing processes. ● Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes aligned with GTM objectives. ● Create and manage data integration processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency for sales and marketing analytics. ● Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues and performance problems that impact all GTM teams. ● Provide technical support and troubleshooting upon request to GTM teams and assist with Salesforce adoption. ● Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices related to RevOps. Qualifications: ● Minimum of 4-5 years of experience with Salesforce platform. ● Salesforce Developer/Admin certifications preferred but not required. ● Strong proficiency in Apex code and Salesforce configuration. ● Experience with Salesforce integrations (Outreach, Linkedin, HubSpot etc). ● Experience with data migration and data manipulation. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on RevOps. ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with GTM teams. ● Experience with Python or other coding languages is a plus. Additional Information: ● This role will report into the Director of Revenue Operations. ● An understanding of Sales/Marketing funnels will be a plus.
