We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Architect with a proven track record in healthcare planning and design. This pivotal role will lead all phases of the Firm's strategic drive to expand its healthcare base. You will collaborate closely with clients, interdisciplinary teams, and regulatory agencies to translate project requirements into impactful architectural solutions that exceed expectations. Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and development of healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, medical offices, and specialized treatment centers.
- Proven expertise in leading the design and delivery of complex healthcare projects and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept through construction administration including preparing of tender drawings and documents, Specs, BOQ, Rate Analysis; also ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present design proposals, presentations, and progress reports to clients, regulatory agencies, and project teams.
- Strong understanding of healthcare planning principles, building codes, and regulations (NBC, NABH. JCI, etc.)
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite & MS Office.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/ M.Arch (Healthcare) with 8 yrs plus experience.
- 5 years minimum experience with healthcare projects.
- Architectural registration is required with a current license.
- LEED Green Associate Accreditation is a bonus but not necessary for the position.
