Job Purpose This role ensures consistent messaging and a cohesive visual identity across all marketing activities and channels. This includes developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan, content creation, managing relationships with external agencies and partners, and driving brand awareness through various campaigns and initiatives including social media management, website management, overseeing marketing and brand materials, managing communication and more. Job Reponsibilities

  • Develop and implement a marketing and communication plan that effectively delivers messages in line with the brand and company ideology.
  • Create compelling content for all external and internal communications, including websites, emailers, social media, blogs, articles, press releases, newsletters, videos etc
  • Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies to engage target audiences, increase brand awareness, and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Proofread and edit all marketing content for clarity, accuracy, and brand voice.
  • Manage external agencies (PR, social media, merchandising, outdoor, digital), making sure projects follow brand strategy and meet deadlines.
  • Develop and implement internal branding initiatives.
  • Analyze social media campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all collaterals and ensure a unified look and feel.
  • Manage and update website content, ensuring it's informative, engaging, and up to date from a content and imagery perspective. Understand the backend CMS to make the necessary changes
  • Handling marketing merchandise, and corporate giveaways.
  • Overseeing billing and invoicing processes
  • Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies and suggest innovative ways to leverage them.
Skills required:
  • Excellent copywriting and content writing skills.
  • Understanding of the latest marketing trends, digital technologies, and social media management.
  • Familiarity with the website CMS management
  • Must have knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator to quickly create new designs or make edits to existing ones.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Should be highly motivated and result-oriented with good organisational and time management skills.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to motivate, influence, and work with people across teams.
  • Photography/videography skills will be a plus
Education and Experience:
  • MBA from a reputed institute.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in travel industry.
Must Have :
  • Managed end-to-end social media activities for a brand, from conceptualization to execution including promotional campaigns
  • A strong experience in content writing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva etc.)
  • Some experience with content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience in managing external agencies
