We are looking for Dubai-based, talented, and dynamic bi-lingual Client Relations Advisors to join our team. As a Client Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to increase sales and revenue for our company. You must identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, and work closely with our management team to develop effective sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growthBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionDevelop and implement sales tactics to drive business growthConduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the marketAttend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and build relationshipsPrepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase company products and servicesNegotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targetsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and performanceProvide regular reports and updates to management on sales progress and business development initiativesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fieldProven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and closing skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clientsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareWillingness to travel frequentlyIf you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for client relations, business development and have a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
