Business Unit Description

Our growing Consumer Industrial Products & Services (CIPS) practice provides management consulting services in the areas of strategy and operations, aiming to help a diverse set of clients anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. CIPS is comprised of five priority industry sectors: Retail & Consumer Products, Industrial Products, Pharmaceuticals, Construction and Real Estate, and Transportation and Logistics. Within CIPS Consulting services, you will have the opportunity to help clients seize essential advantages by working alongside business leaders to solve their toughest problems and capture their greatest opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support cross-functional internal and client teams to develop and deliver operations strategies in industrial sectors, with a particular emphasis on cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement.
Develop yourself personally, taking a keen interest in trends in different sectors to help shape client thinking.
Write and present winning proposals to support our clients in ME.
Support the development of new propositions to help our clients.
Leverage your experience in different industries to bring best practices to support clients in achieving engagement goals.
Work with colleagues in all Middle Eastern offices on client work and internal initiatives.
Lead teams and mentor/train other members to foster a high-performance team environment.

Skills and Competencies

Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload, and resilience under pressure.
Proven IT skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide as project requirements dictate.
Exposure to data gathering techniques and analysis, and reporting insights effectively.
Ability to evaluate and manage clients' unique challenges to maximize their return on investment in human capital.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Years of Experience: 5 years of relevant industry experience.

In-depth understanding of the Utility business, value chain, and drivers.
Understanding of energy policies in the Middle East and globally.
Knowledge of the Demand and Supply dynamics of the Power and Water sector in the region.
