HV & LV Electrical Designer/Draftsman (Saudi Arabia)

Looking for a HV and LV Electrical Designer/Draftsman with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our team. This position will ensure electrical design, including BIM standards when needed; conformance to Company policies and guidelines to create, develop, and modify models and drawings; generate and compile construction documents; and coordinate with internal team members to ensure project deliverables and deadlines are met.The position is to support the engineering team of Energy greenfield projects, related to both HV and LV electrical drafting of diverse assets of company transmission substations.RequirementsExperience in transmission (HV power) HV substations layout and LV schematics.
Experience in (HV power) HV substations layout and LV schematics serving SEC/National Grid and/or other utilities in the Middle East.
Requires understanding and proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
Knowledge of Engineering/Design Standards and Codes.
Understanding of concepts of relevant areas of electrical engineering design.
Ability to create and interpret sketches, drawings, and various elements.
Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Dedicated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to deal with multiple tasks and manage time appropriately.
Strong organizational skills, along with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demonstrate a flexible approach to work assignments.
Experience and a willingness to undertake quality control of drawing packages to support the principal engineer. Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Takes initiative on tasks and coordinates with other members of the design team.
Fluent in English with writing, oral, and speaking skills.
Electrical Engineering Technology. Minimum 10 years of experience is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
