Built on the needs of the founders for their travels, the company which started with INR 10,000 now crosses 10Cr of sales a year. We are looking for a creative, energetic professional who will develop and communicate travel ideas, offers, and destination discoveries across digital platforms. Job Description: The Travel Communication Executive will be responsible for planning and disseminating travel information through various channels to our clientele, new and prospective. The candidate shall utilize the company's communication channels: Instagram, email, and website, among others, to ensure that CustomHolidays' luxury travels reach out and touch the correct audience. Contribute value addition through AI-based tools in creating the content is a must. Responsibilities : Content Creation & Communication: Develop and distribute regular, valuable travel content - in the form of travel offers, itineraries, and destination ideas - through Instagram, email, WhatsApp and upload the same on our website. - support communication to maximize engagement and align with preferences stated by the client. This could be via chat messenger/emails/calls etc - Apply AI technologies as an enabler to draft appealing, appropriate content consistent in tone and message. Client Engagement: - Continuously communicate new travel itineraries, offers, and destination insights to database contacts. - Build rapport with clients by communicating on a personal level and making their interests in traveling known and important. Reporting : - Use relevant software to track the communication being sent out, - Make appropriate changes in the pursuit of better communication strategies given client responses and feedback. - Provide weekly and monthly reports on the performance of various communications underway - AI-powered insights and tools for better efficiency and quality in content creation to push timely and customized delivery of messages. Qualifications : Fresher/Experienced Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong Knowledge of AI tools and software; especially relevant in content creation and communication. Proficiency in social media platforms; most relevantly Instagram. Basic knowledge of email communication software. A passion for travel - great storytelling skills are a must.
