Position Overview As a Product Executive at Nolan Interior, you will manage the product development cycle from concept to launch, collaborating with teams and suppliers to develop high-quality products. You will analyze market trends, organize user research, oversee product launches, and refine products based on data insights. Additionally, you will handle purchasing, inventory management, and quality control. This role reports to Product Manager. It is a full-time hybrid position with company benefits, based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. What You'll Do
- Managing the entire product development cycle from concept to launch, ensuring each product meets the timeline.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Coordinating with fabric suppliers and manufacturers to develop new, high-quality products.
- Continuously analyzing market trends and customer needs to drive innovation.
- Organizing user research, focus groups, and usability tests to guide product decisions.
- Overseeing product launches, tracking KPIs (e.g., sales, return ratios), and refining products based on data insights.
- Purchasing new products and ensuring high-quality, sufficient inventory for product launches.
- Anticipating product demands using historical data and managing stock replenishment accordingly.
- Implementing quality control measures to meet required product standards.
- This job requires travel to China to meet suppliers.
- Minimum 2 years experience in product management or equivalent role
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (for supplier communication)
- Collaborative spirit for working with internal and external teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- E-commerce experience is beneficial, but not mandatory
- Knowledge in Marketing is added advantage.
