Job Title : Digital Marketing - Acquisition Specialist Location : Bangalore, Karnataka Department : Marketing & Branding Job Summary : The Digital Marketing - Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies to acquire high-quality leads for the DSU Online degree program. The role requires a deep understanding of online marketing channels, CRM tools, and performance analytics to optimize lead-generation efforts. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns across digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.
- Implement and optimize PPC, SEM, and SEO strategies to drive traffic and convert leads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure ROI and optimize strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools to track, nurture, and convert leads through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for lead generation.
- Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation performance to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
- Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns and achieving KPIs.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in the education sector or online learning platforms.
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar digital marketing credentials.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Preferably from the Educational Industry.
- Salary Package - 6 TO 8LPA
