Role Specifics - Day in the Life (Job Description)
- The candidate would be responsible for building DSA/Alternate Sales channel, building PAN-India team including Sales Managers, etc.
- End-to-end ownership of DSA partner acquisition for credit cards & loans ensuring target is achieved within defined cost of acquisition and margins
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as business head, regional head, operations, finance teams to ensure great experience for our DSA partners
- Prepare and present performance reports against the targets and take corrective actions wherever needed
- Maintain highest standards of professionalism while dealing with external and internal stakeholders, representing our brand well
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
- Extensive experience (5 to 8 years) in credit card field sales through DSAs in your cities - preferably for banks and/or credit card aggregators
- Must have built DSA channel credit card and loans sales leading to a business of at least 10000 cards per month
- Must have great rapport and connections with big and small DSA channel owners in your region
- Must be able to demonstrate excellence in target-led sales of credit cards via DSA channel in the current role
- In-depth knowledge of credit cards and loans process of different banks and NBFCs
