Senior Presales Consultant (Division Payment & Identity)We are a team of experts who work together to design and develop software that matters. Netcetera specialists are part of an extensive network within the IT industry.We are looking for an experienced professional with a proactive and communicative personality for the reinforcement of our international Presales Consulting Team. As Senior Presales Consultant you will work in a diverse, multidisciplinary, and open-minded team which supports Sales and Product Management and helps win new customers for the Netcetera Secure Payment - and Identity products. You feel comfortable working in an environment characterized by growth and competition and constantly changing challenges motivate you for top performance.Your RoleYou advise prospective customers on our product portfolio, validate their requirements and determine the optimal product solution.You support the Sales team with product expertise and relevant technical know-how to convince customers of our state-of-the-art products.You provide product presentations and support the Sales team with RFI's / RFP's by answering product and technical questions with the aid of the relevant internal stakeholders.You involve product managers / solution architects whenever bespoke software solutions are required beyond the standard product offerings and contribute to the delivery of solution concepts.You support the Sales team in preparing the offers, ensure the scope is clear for all involved parties and prepare the handover to the onboarding teams once the offer is signed.You maintain feedback loops to Product Management on market and customer trends as well as required product marketing materials.You participate in events (trade fairs, industry / scheme conferences, etc.) if required.Your ProfileYou have a proven track record in a Presales or Sales Consulting / Sales Engineering / Solution Architecture role.You have in-depth knowledge of the payment industry (credit card networks, online payments processing, 3-D Secure, Tokenization or similar) and significant technical experience preferably within Payment or Banking.You have excellent verbal and written communications skills in Arabic and English (both are a must, additional languages are welcome).You have a strong customer focus and the skill required to identify prospective clients needs and translate these into matching solution proposals.You have a strong, assertive personality supporting customer requirements and at the same time ensuring conformity with the strategy of the division.You are a proactive, highly motivated team player working in a structured way as integral part of the Presales team as well as closely with the local team in Dubai.You have strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.You have the ability to work efficiently across internal and external organizations.You are willing to travel occasionally.You have a BA/BS degree in IT / Computer Science or Business / Commerce or similar equivalent.Your well-being is important.
