Dubai / permanent / AED25,000 - AED35,000Our client is looking for a SALES/MANAGING DIRECTOR to join the expanding marketing leading company. They will be directly reporting to the CEO and be responsible for managing, training, and monitoring the sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESManage, train, and develop a sales teamAchieve sales revenue targets as per the company business planManage the entire sales process flow in terms of strategy and prospect managementDevelop effective training programs to help agents advance their product knowledge, selling, and negotiation skillsSupport and assist agents in closing deals when requiredManage leads for the team and ensure leads conversionBe fully involved in training for own sales team especially new joinersMotivate and monitor the sales team to ensure the best productivity and consistent salesPlan and conduct team meetings and sales team training regularlyManage KPIs for each member of the sales team including leads conversion and sales targetEngage with potential candidates for the sales teamBe involved in the acquisition, interviewing, and hiring process for the sales teamDesign, plan, and execute new sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue including internationallyCollaborate with the Marketing team to improve marketing strategies for lead generation or suggest new onesAct as an intermediary in negotiations between sellers and buyers over property prices and settlement dealsManage the customer sales experience and post-sale customer service experienceEstablish and maintain a professional relationship with current and new clientsCreate relationships and attend events that may help to develop sales leads for the teamConduct research to develop property market intelligenceREPORTINGWeekly update to management on team, leads, and deals statusHighlight any red flags ahead in time to take the right decisionsPresent market analysis of the secondary market in Dubai and in general vs own company performance on a monthly basisREQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSMaster's or bachelor's degree or similar level in real estate, finance, or business administrationExperience in the real estate industry for at least 5 years is a mustBrokerage firm experience is a must2-3 years of work experience as a Sales Manager and/or Sales DirectorKnowledge of the Dubai premium real estate market at a high levelExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsDeep understanding of the broker's work, including knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction processStrong personality and a "can-do" attitudeProven organizational and planning abilityConfident, yet approachable with excellent leadership skillsDubai Address:Boulevard Plaza Tower,1 Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard,Downtown Dubai,P.O.Box 27363, Dubai, UAE
