N Position Type Non-Management APEC Digital Products is seeking a motivated, independently driven, and business savvy Business Analyst to support the team's mission in delivering amazing digital experiences to business segments and customer travellers alike. - Liaise with various APEC business segments to align on business requirements, technical approaches, and collection of digital media.
- Manage JIRA tickets to better prioritize competing business and technical priorities.
- Support APEC business segments in procuring monthly performance reports, enabling each segment to make well-informed business decisions.
- Collaborate and provide insight into tailoring reports for the APEC region, ensuring relevant and actionable data is communicated.
- Working experience with CMS (example: WordPress), HTML, CSS is a strong asset.
- Knowledge in website design best practices is beneficial, but not necessary.
- Working experience with Microsoft Excel (data summarizing, VLOOKUP to name a few) is a strong asset.
- Knowledge in Adobe Analytics and SQL is beneficial, but not necessary.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
- Dependability, flexibility, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Openness to learning and growing within the internship experience.
