Manager Talent Management

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Talent Management team as an HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in driving business outcomes by aligning talent management strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to meet business needs - Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address talent gaps and opportunities - Design and deliver programs to enhance leadership development, succession planning, and diversity & inclusion - Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement - Analyze HR data and metrics to inform talent management decisions - Provide expert advice and guidance on talent management best practices - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in HR, talent management, or related field - Proven track record of driving talent management initiatives that deliver business results - Strong understanding of talent management principles, practices, and technologies - Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills - Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
