Role Purpose As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient coordination and administration of a company’s fleet of vehicles. Your role will involve overseeing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet vehicles.
  • Monitor and track vehicle movements, usage, and availability.
  • Communicate with drivers to address their needs, provide support, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Ensure all fleet-related documentation, such as insurance, registrations, and permits, is up-to-date and in compliance with local and federal regulations.
  • Implement and maintain fleet management software to track vehicle data and streamline administrative processes.
  • Analyze data and generate reports on fleet performance, maintenance costs, and usage patterns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually improve fleet operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance fleet efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability.
  • Provide support during emergencies, accidents, and breakdowns, ensuring timely assistance to drivers and quick resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with HR and training departments to provide drivers with necessary training, such as safety protocols and best driving practices.
