Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning algorithms and models to solve specific business problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts, to understand the requirements and objectives of AI projects.

Preprocess and clean data to ensure the quality and accuracy of datasets used for AI models.

Train, evaluate, and optimize AI models to ensure their performance meets desired outcomes.

Deploy AI models into production environments and integrate them with existing systems and applications.

Monitor and maintain AI models in production, ensuring their performance remains optimal.

Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and techniques to ensure the adoption of best practices.

Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members and stakeholders.

Skills:

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, Fast API, Django.

Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Experience in delivering the ML projects end to end with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of LLM's such as Open AI, Bard AI, Semantic search, and embeddings.

Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and tools, such as SQL, Hadoop, or Spark.

Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services, such as Azure, GCP.

Good understanding of mathematical concepts, including linear algebra, probability, and statistics.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Relevant experience working with AI and machine learning algorithms and models.

A strong portfolio or demonstrable experience in AI projects.

Certifications in AI/ML technologies or platforms, such as Azure ML or Google Cloud AI Engineer, can be an added advantage.
